you could watch the cats and do not make the cats have too much water

I had a cat that kept peeing on things. It was especially when there was a change. This was really bad at Christmas when he would pee on the presents that were on the floor. We didn't put presents on the floor.

This gives you more reason to tell people to make sure they pick up their clothes or towels.

As for the rug, you will need to have it replaced and the floor underneath to be scrubbed before you put the new rug down. Check with your vet or local pet store to see if there is any spray you could use to get rid of the odor so she doesn't pee there again.

The first step for inappropriate urination is a check by a vet to eliminate the possibility of a urinary infection.

After that is eliminated you need to go to behavioral reasons. She could be stressed by something. Think about that. Stress can also be responsible for the development of urinary problems.
Is she being bullied by one of the other cats? Where is she in the cat hierarchy in your house -- at the bottom, top, or middle.?

she must be diabetic, have hyper-thyroidism, or a bladder an infection. Take her to the vet ASAP. do no longer supply her milk, and don't shrink her water intake until you comprehend what it rather is. merely shop her someplace the place you are able to sparkling-up the pee actually until you comprehend greater.

Take her to the vet and have her tested for a urinary tract infection. It could easily be that or she may have a problem with the pH of her urine, and may need special food to correct that. Start there! Good luck!

It might be a behavioral problem. If you can catch her then use a spray bottle when she is doing this--also if you can catch her before then pick up kitty and take her to the box

Either your kitty is sick or you don't change the cat box enough. some cats are very particular about the box & with 3 other cats that may be the problem.
