I have a dog named Buddy and a parakeet named Emily. Emily knows how 2 open the cage doors. All the time I come home from school and see Buddy and Emily laying next to eachother, Buddy softly growling, and Emily chirping! Sometimes I see Buddy is laying on his back and Emily is chirping and sitting on the tip of Buddy's nose!!!! What does this mean?

i work on a farm and we had two donkeys but sadly one died due to old age. weve had to put our donkey in with the horses but hes crying all day. we really need a donkey to put him back in with so im looking for a site where i can get a donkey donated to us through charity for the farm. ive searched but have had no luck

Romeo is suddenly limping and i checked for signs of injury but i couldn't find anything. He stands on it but he rests it when he's standing. I know I have to call the vet, but tommorow is a holiday (Labor Day) and their not going to be open. My question is, what do I do?

There is a clear, puss-like fluid flowing slowly out of my cat's eyes. He seems to keep closing every few moments. I think it may be conjunctivitis. My mom has some antibiotic eye drops that she uses when she gets pinkeye. Should I give it to him,or forget it?

we have a new puppy and it just jumpted up on to my chest and lickeded my entire face including my lips , before i could do anything . i have just went a washed my face with anti bacterial face wash , and brushed my teeth .how bad is it for you for a dog to kiss youlike this ????

I rescued a bird today that had flown into my pool, but it hasn't flown away yet. Its one eye is swollen shut, I made it a little nest out of hay and I put it under a tree outside. Does it just need more time to regroup itself maybe? Will it eventually fly away on its own?

Connor, 6 months old, having trouble with diareha and had a spell of vomiting...sick 1 1/2 days. He doesn't eat and barely drinks. He doesn't come when called and you have to stand him up for him to follow you anywhere, not that I don't think he can, he doesn't want to. He is dehydrated and depressed. He tested negative for Parvo, but positive for hookworms. What is the proper treatment for this breed of dog?

I have a bare concrete floor that I am getting ready to cover. I would like to remove the old urine smell. I think I got most of it. But sometimes I think I smell it a bit. I spayed bleach water all over. Will this eliminate the smell permanently?

According to the label of the dewormer my vet prescribed (Paracur) for hookworms, it states not to give to a puppy who is sick...why is this and what are the side effects of giving the meds to a sick puppy?
