The question I always ask myself before naming a dog is, "Can I picture myself leaning out the back door, calling, 'Here (dog's name x3)!'" for the next 13 or 14 years. Then I try to imagine how the neighbors will react to hearing me call that name three or four times a day.

If 'Kissy' is a Rottweiler or a pit bull and you're out calling, "Here, Kissy Kissy Kissy," please be prepared to call the paramedics to administer oxygen to the people who live around you. Otherwise, they may die laughing. ;-)

The question is really Do you like Kissy for a dogs name and if you do then go ahead and use this name.

I think its an OK name, not a name that I would call any of my dogs but OK just the same.
