i really want a female golden retreiver puppy! but my mom and dad say we already have too much fur and stuff all over my house. but i SAID i will clean up after it! i guess they just dont belive me! i already tried cleaning up after my dog, but they say it just wont work! what can i do to show them i really can take care of, and deserve a puppy? i know i dont NEED it, but i really want it. and i feel as if i deserve it. and i have dreams about it every night sop when i wake up im just THAT much more disapointed. so please help me! :(

Came across one of these while hiking. It made a sound like a rattle snake by shaking its tail and coiled up like a rattler to strike. A park officier told me the rattling noise was caused by the snake shaking its tail in dry leaves. Yeah right!

If I watch a dog show, the dogs have a normal name (i.e. spot, casey, etc.), but also are known as Ch. blah blah blah....
What is that name and how do they get it? I think the Ch stands for Champion? Just wondering..

I have a 6 year old Chocolate Labrador Retriever. One morning we woke up to find her limping really badly! We took her to the vet, and they said it appeared to be arthritis. Wellll, we put her on 2 kinds of medicine, and it seems to be getting worse. It's only on one leg,,,she drags it around limping. Well last week, we noticed it was so bad, she couldn't even move. I called the vet, explained the situation-and she said to bring her in for x-rays. So I did, and she again said, it's arthritis. My dog is literally miserable. I, in my heart-do not think it is arthritis,,,but I'm not a vet. All she does is lay around,,,and whines and trembles from the pain. Literally! And when she does get up...it takes forever...and sometimes she can't walk so she uses her front legs to scoot and pull her bottom on the ground. It's breaking my heart to watch this and I need help soon! We have already spent close to $600.00 in the past week. Please, someone help!

would you agree that smaller dogs (chi, shih tzus, It grayhounds, etc) stress a little more ealily than bigger breeds?
i ask this because i just watched a neighbor girl try to get her 6month old chihuahua to walk in a harness on a leash. Ok, nothing wrong with this but ..... the girl (probably about 12 years old) was on one of those skateboards with a handle (i'm not hip, don't know the name :P) while dragging the dog behind her.

yes, i told her to take the dog inside. why? it's 95F here, a tad on the humid side, the dog's eyes were watering, and she (the dog) was panting pretty hard!

what do you think?

I have a cat named Marcie who, in hindsight, should've been named Sybil. She has one personality that's loving, one that's whiny, one that's mean, one that's paranoid, one that likes my other cats, one that hates each cat individually, etc etc etc. Each personality can change at a moment's notice. I know that, by nature, cats are fickle creatures, but she takes it to the extreme. Anyone else have schizo kitties?

I have these 3 fish. They're called glass catfish. They're pretty cool cause their entire body is clear and u can see their heart and all of their insides, but i still don't know what to call them please help.

Ok, so which do you think is, better, cats or dogs? Personally, I'm tired or people always dissing cats, saying they're "only for lonely losers" of "the crazy cat lady down the street"...cats are awesoem! So are dogs.

Just wondering.... but does anyone have paw point codes that they don't want to use themselves?

If you don't know what i'm talking about......

On FreshStep cat litter, on the side of the box/bag, there is a section with a code on the inside that you can redeem for items for your cat.

If you don't intend on using them, why put them to waste... I'd love them....

P.S. I know this sounds stupid.... lol.
