It sounds to me as he's youthful that it is a organic 'suckling' instinct. despite if it sounds slightly gross your nostril (and eyes and lips) are in all possibility reminding him of his mothers teats (delicate and slightly moist) so he's attempting to feed. If he 'paddles' his paws on the comparable time then it is somewhat what he's attempting to do (kittens pump the component of the mother whilst feeding to stimulate the milk pass). this does not inevitably recommend he's hungry, cats try this as a comforting and affectionate element too - I used to have a cat that used to do it any wool (ie. jumpers and stuff) till he replace into lined in dribble! whilst they are older it is a found out element and that they do it to sense comforted - it reminds them of being kittens and feeling risk-free. it is comparable to in case you gently %. a cat up with the aid of the scruff of the neck it is going to promptly tuck it is back legs and tail below it is physique because it is how the mother strikes them around as tiny kittens - purely a touch actuality for you! wish that facilitates. savor your captivating kittens!

think about it you could have a kitten that wants nothing to do with you and bites and scratches you every time you get near them
my advice if you really dis-like it just place the cat away from you when they do this but then they might grow to not like you
so I say enjoy it

No there is nothing wrong with her! She's a kitten and is probably just associating you with her mother depending upon her age and how long ago she was wheened from her mother.

There's no such as a too affectionate cat. She's bonding with you, accepting 'you' as part of 'her' family. One of my cats insists on grooming my beard.
