There are very mild shampoos formulated for young kittens that you may obtain at your local vet to help control the fleas & mosquitos. They are too young for any topical flea medication till they're about 12 weeks. Your vet or local Petco should carry this shampoo. Good luck!

Call the vet and aks what you can use on a mother cat and newborn kittens for fleas. Take them and put them in the house where they will not be exposed to the fleas and the hot weather.

don't let anyone or anything touch the kittens.. she'd just move the babies or eat them. the kittens are too young to be moved she might break their necks.
feed the mother cat properly so that she has enough milk and does not go far from her babies.
burn mosquitoe coil nearby, its ok i guess, my mother did that.
