Most large dogs life expectancy is around 10 years or so.

Most books/references will tell you that the life span of a St. Bernard is about 8-10 years. However, with good, responsible breeding and proper health care, they can live alot longer!

I'd agree with most people here: 10-12 years. St. B's need a very healthy diet in order to have a long, full life.

i;m thinkin about 8 to 10 years. st. bernards do not live very long. I believe the reason why is that most st. bernards pare pure bred and pure bred dogs dont live very long compared to a mixed breed.
