I have a lot of dogs and swear by Chlorox Cleaner with Bleach. Has a nice scent beside just that bleach smell. It can be used on most surfaces (not carpet)

For carpet I use a steam cleaner with Oxy-clean.

There's this great stuff that you can get that comes in a canister of granules, it's called Odorzout. It's actually enzymes that break down the odor instead of masking it. It can be used on carpets too. You can get it at the larger pet stores. Good luck!

if it is carpet there is a dog and cat neutralizing spray that you can buy at most stores. spray this on the locations.
