I recently went to the sex offender registry for my city and the next door nieghbor, Manny, is a dog/animal sex offender . Worce yet , Manny has always gone after male dogs and my dog is a male LAB. It's hard to teach a dog that areas on his body are a "NO TOUCH" zone. I am afraid to leave the dog out , even in his fenced in back yard . Any suggestions ? Is there a rape crisis center for dogs ?

Dogs that look exactly like the domesticated dogs. Like is there a jungle or forest where you would see dogs? When i see Nature shows, dogs are never seen anywhere..

I'm starting a dog walking service in my city and i was told that i should have some type of insurance in case something happens to me or the dog or if the dog bites someone during the walk. I was also told that i should be bonded as well. What does all this mean and how much does this cost. Please help me with any additional things i might have to do to get my business up and running. Thank You

I live in an apartment, and am generally not home on weekdays for a period of about 11 hours. I've owned dogs for most of my life, and prefer larger breeds, such as German Shepherds and Black Labs. When home, I would spend a good amount of time playing with the dog, and would walk/run with the dog for 30-45 minutes every day in the AM. I like a dog that is good with kids, as my kids are with me a few nights a week. I also would obviously need a dog that would be "OK" being alone for the day during the workweek and would not get into trouble during that idle time.

Is there a breed that fits well with what I'm looking for?

I have 2 rescue chihuahuas. The female came to me pregnant. She is due in about 3 weeks (as far as I can tell.)

What supplies do I need, and what should I know before this starts? Will I need to assist?

Puggles, Labradoodles, Schnoodles, etc. Many people call them expensive mutts, products of illicit backyard breeders and worse.
But I think they are being very hypocritical. Look at the ancestry of two breeds.
Rat Terrier: Fox terrier, old English White terrier, Manchester Terrier, Beagle, Whippet, etc. Gee, the ratty started out as a designer dog? Why the AKC only recoginzed the breed in recent years.

Australian cattle dog was once a designer dog too! Dalmation, Old Smooth coated collie, kelpie, bull terrier, and dingo.

Who's to say that in fifty years the LABRADOODLE won't be an established breed and all the "controversey" will be a thing of the past!

Critics, you are so hypocritcal. Let's hear from the audience on this one, okay? Just curious about the opinions out there in AnswersLand. I have a purebred "mutt" of diverse and unknown ancestry. He's a sweetheart.

it all comes into play, the snoodle and i were ready to fight, then in a flash the snoodle was already in rage and beating me. i looked to my left and found a dead furdling, i grabbed it and swung at the snoodle with it. the snoodle took it bad, real bad, while he was down i gathered my strength and decided the best way to solve my problems was to get someone else to do it for me. thanx to my wit, i knew the snoodle wanted food. soon i found another hungry snoodle, i grabbed it and set it infront of my opponent. they starred at each other like wat the ____ is goin on? then i opened a snickers and threw it in front of them. faster than you can say snoodley pootie they were going at it to the death. yes the snickers, i guess you dont have to eat it to b satisfying!, wat would you have done in this situation?

My 6 mo. old puppy has little spots on the backs of his feet. They look slightly bloody and he keeps licking/biting them. I'm a new pet owner and the only other thing I can think of is that he was trying to get out of his kennel? Could it be fleas? Help?!
