There is no such thing as a free dog. And since you are looking for a breed that has a high likelihood of chronic diseases such as allergies, you really are not thinking this through. You will need to care for this dog, and if someone is giving it away for free, there is probably a reason. Please investigate any offer for a free bulldog carefully, because you might get more than you bargained for.

Waha! Oh, good luck... And I don't mean to be snide, either. Your chances are close to none on this one. Your best bet is to check http://www.petfinder.com for available adoptions in your area. You still have to pay an adoption fee, but man, taking care of a bulldog of *any* kind is expensive as all heck! They can have a lot of medical issues, as well as special nutrition and hygiene issues... Good luck to you, though.

Check your area humane society and look for rescue groups online by breed. I have to say though, if you want a pet for free, it suggests you cannot afford the pet.

Look on a classified site. I cannot guarentee that the dog will be free, but it is worth a shot.

Try looking in the paper. Normally, any ASPCAs or adoption agencies charge an adoption fee.
