you to the petstore and see if they carry nature's miracle. Its a spray and discourages dogs from peeing in the same place twice.

Confine your dog to a smaller space why should he be given run of the house if he pees on your bed. Crate him in the day or put up a baby gate in the kitchen or at least shut all of your bed room doors confining him to the living room dogs have to earn the right to run around the house unsupervised. It will not help to spray anything on your bed to disguise the scent. My toy poodle will still pee in the house if left out if I put her in a crate she is fine. She even peed in my bath tub when I put her in the bathroom for the day, so find what works for your dog and then buy a new matress.

You need to get a crate. This will help. And you also need to quit attributing motives like revenge to your dog. He doesn't do it for payback. Dogs don't think that way. Only people feel the need for that kind of satisfaction. He may be experiencing anxiety over your departure, and in his ensuing panic, he urinates out of nervousness. Talk to your vet about it, and try to figure out how to make your dog feel better.

You really need to "crate train" you dog. Find a crate that is just big enough for him to turn around in. Dogs will not poop or pee in the same space they sleep in. This is a throw back to their wild days in the den.

My pup spends his unsupervised time in his "room". Crates are for cargo, not living creatures!

Your dog is not "paying you back", he's just not trained!

all dogs are pack animals you have to be the alpha maybe a night in his crate with you ignoring him might do the trick if not two nights until he finally gets the message also no treats for bad behavior most times there smarter than we give them credit for remember actions speak louder than words because they don't speak

Lock him/her up while you are gone or get a gate and secure him/her in one room of the house if you are going to be gone for long periods of time. Good luck....

create training is humane and offers the dog a safe place to be when your gone so he doesn't feel unsafe in your absence. all my great Danes are create trained at night and when i go out. its their "happy place " left open all day when I'm there and they go in and out all day long. never punish them there.
