I’m overwhelmed with the choices. I’m looking a quality mattress (not inexpensive). If you have any knowledge about mattresses or have purchased one lately, your help would be greatly appreciated. (Please don’t waste my time or yours with unnecessary answers.)

ANSWERS FROM SCOTLAND AND ENGLAND ONLY PLEASE.

Where can I buy, cheap/inexpensive, long lasting, really well perfumed/scented candles, in Scotland or England?

Do you know of any company that offers free samples of their perfumed/scented candles ?

Does anyone know of an online bed store that has good foam mattresses for resonable price? I have tried a foam mattress in a bed store, but it was too expensive. I did find a mattress that was reasonably priced, but I lost that bookmark.

The bed I am looking for is a foam mattress with firm support. I am sure I want it without springs so the springs don't end up ruining the comfort after awhile.

I need to build a small fire in an outdoor place, hopefully quite excluded, I will only need it for an hour or so. I was hoping somebody may know somewhere accessible to the public that fire building is permitted in SE England, I live in London. I will only be burning wood of course that I find on the ground. Thank you.

I live in a new flat so didn't expect mice to be a problem. However, having seen one a couple of weeks ago I put down some traps. I have managed to kill two of the little blighters, but we still have some others scurrying around at night. I don't want to put down poison as I don't want them rotting away in my walls and causing a stink. Any ideas?

i live in a house with a basement apartment. this old lady and her 20 something daughter lives there. the old lady is on disability and never goes anywhere. sometimes i smell rotten garbage coming up from the vents, she blasts music and bangs around all night. not to mention all the garbage and old matresses and couches she has scattered all over the lawn. filled all our parking spaces with old broken down cars, we are forced to park down the street. i could go on but i wouldnt have enough space. when we have tried to talk to her about it she tell us shes old and there is nothing she can do about it. I am so fed up. we are planning on buying this place in 6 months. i want her out before then. any ideas?

We have a newer 3 bedroom moble home. We have a propane furnace. At night the furnace runs non stop. I have talked to the landlord and he said that the furnace is fine and so is the thermostat. Right now it is set on 70 and it is 67 in here (according to a diffrent themometor) The furnace has not stopped running since I have been home (2.5 hrs). I have storm windows on and DOUBLE plastic. What the heck is going on here? We are always cold and are going through Propane like crazy. When the blower kicks off the burner automatically kicks right back on.

Do you live in Somerset and your sorting office is either Chip Lane, Taunton or Filton in Bristol and your mail keeps gong missing?
Do you have an email address for customer services for royal mail?
I should have had a few important letters turn up but nothing yet, found out the hospital wrote to me and I did not get the letter but my GP kindly gave me a copy. So I am now awaiting for 2 hospital appointments.
The only mail I get either say statement on it or junk mail. 75% of our post do not turn up, yep those theiving porch monkeys down in the sorting office.
So does any one have the complaints email address at the royal mail. It is not worth ringing because they just pass you around until you put the phone down!

About an hour ago, my neighbors went outside and started throwing ceramic dishes against the wall of our building. It only lasted a few minutes, and then they went back inside. Should I ask them about it, or pretend it never happened? I PROMISE, THIS IS A REAL QUESTION. THIS REALLY HAPPENED!!!

Due to water shortage in QLD the cost of maintaining a swimming pool has risen. its an inground sal water pool with a capacity of 55000 litres. I wish to cover it up with soil, flatten the surface and put concrete on top. We then want to remove the fence that surrounded the pool and put a patio on top. I need help on how all these can be achieved with a minimum cost.

I have never had a gas stove before. I noticed tonight while cooking that sometimes the flame is blue and other times it seems to have orange tips. What causes this? Is this typical of a gas stove?

My mate had them every morning on his carpet.
Why can you never catch them?
He sealed every single crack but still they came.
Trails mainly in middle of floor giving no clues to entry and exit.
Possibly beamed down from USS enterprise.
How do you know where there coming from.
