is there a place in the south-east where I can build an outdoor fire please?

I need to build a small fire in an outdoor place, hopefully quite excluded, I will only need it for an hour or so. I was hoping somebody may know somewhere accessible to the public that fire building is permitted in SE England, I live in London. I will only be burning wood of course that I find on the ground. Thank you.

why when recycling centres have bins for wood. save our world don't carry on destroying it. leave that to the politician's
