The property is identical, so we are not receiving £100 more of any service or amentiy etc. Thus we are being over charged in comparison. What can we do?

It is 3 am right now and I have these damn birds that have been chirping since 2 am. They wake my son up all the time. He just got up a few minutes ago. Mommy needs some sleep. I have no idea what kind of birds they are.

We've done a lot to the home in 12 yrs and want to keep it. Still it needs repairs and money is tight, it's valued at twice the amount that we owe. If we go back to a 30 yr fixed our pymnt will be even more. Now we feel stuck! I have a home equity loan that was meant for buying fixing & selling houses, but now we're wondering if we should just use it to fix up ours and sell.
Any suggestions?

I was pulling grass from under steps and saw it move but was unable to kill it. It got away before I could get a shovel. Is there any way to keep them away?

I see signs all over the place from new home developments, to election signs. Now some new home development signs have been placed in our yard near a street sign. Are they allowed to do this?? Shouldn't they at least ask first? It is my yard!

I know that the well would vary depending on the depth that they have to go to in order to hit water (or however that works)... but any rough guesstimate would be more than we have now. Maybe a low and high end guess.... anyone? Thanks !!!!
