There will probably be a business tax license posted somewhere in the booth. It should list the name and address of the person who operates the booth. Phone numbers do not generally appear on these documents. Many booth owners leave business cards in their booths in order that people like you can get in touch with them. If all else fails, ask the people who run the flea market for the information. If they have been asked not to pass that information along to the public, they will usually accept and pass along a message to the owner of the booth.
