its white wit pinkish eyes.
short ears
long legs
fat
in my yard
sister tries to catch by chasing it around with the hose and getting it wet....
i think he's dead....laying in a pile of dead grass....not moving...
what should i do

Check it's life signs. Either alive or dead, report that you found it. Then hit your sister for tormenting the poor thing.

Well I would advise you to go check it out. If its dead, then there is nothing you can do except dispose it. If it's alive (which I doubt) Then put an add in your news paper. If nobody claims it. It might be wild. You can either let it go or keep it as a pet. Good Luck!

well if she was chasing it and spraying it with the hose, it might have died...they cannot take the stress. but you should go check it out now.
