without it being REAL obvious to the landlord? for example: put cat fecies in the floor vent [ you have no idea where the smell's coming from until you look reallyyy good]. && if you have not heard of it or witnessed it or done it your self to a trailor, do you have any good ideas? remember it can't be obvious like...burning it down or writing on walls.

YES WE HAVE THE WORLDS WORST LANDLORD!!!(she digs through everyone's garbage also) LOL

My washing machine is unbalanced, and i can't seem to fix it.

Once it reaches the Spin Cycle, the washing machine jumps/vibrates across the room.

I have tried changing the load of clothes, and this didnt help.

It is even unbalanced with NO clothes in the machine.

I have checked the level, and the washing machine is leveled just fine.

So, why is it unbalanced, and how can i fix it?

My gas furnance usually cycles on and off when it gets cold in my condo. When the furnance use to go on it ran for a while and shut off after the temprature in the room was reached. After it shut off after about 30 seconds the it would turn back on again for about 10 seconds the fan would go on and turn off. It has not been doing that today does that mean the furnance is going to overheat?

Ok so I bought a new flapper. A red Korky and it's still running every so often, just enough to be very annoying. There is enough slack in the chain and I have no clue why it's still running...any insight would be great, thanks!

The burners on the stove works - but the oven does not. The heating element lights up but the oven does not heat up. I cannot smell any gas getting into the oven. How can this be fixed?

A switched outlet (only one of 2 switched) stopped working, so I took it apart to see if there is a wire loose.

The recepticle has places for 5 wires (2 black, 2 white, 1 grnd) Should all of these wires be connected to the recepticle? I ask this because the diagrams I see online have only 3 wires shown...and i have 4.

I live in Mexico and water heaters aren't always available as is in my case, so I've purchased an electric shower head that has to be wired. In other words, 3 wires come out of it, 2 white and a ground. I want to know the safest and best way to wire it. Does anybody know?

Hi,

My washing machine only works on warm and hot settings and on those settings only hot water comes out, no cold. I swapped detached the hoses and found that water flows through both fine when not connected to the washer, so the pipes and hoses aren't the problem. I swapped the hoses around and connected them back to the washing machine and then only cold water would come out. Can you help me figure out what the problem is and how to fix it?

Thank you.

I used sulfuric acid to clear my upstairs bathroom sink drain. The drain seems almost clear, but now I have water leaking in my kitchen downstairs from the celing. There is like a trap door in my celing and i'm assuming pipes are under it? It's a very slow leak, just dripping. I'm wondering do I need to call the plumber today, or should I watch and wait and see if it stops on it's own by tommrow? Thanks :-)
