My washing machine is unbalanced, and i can't seem to fix it.

Once it reaches the Spin Cycle, the washing machine jumps/vibrates across the room.

I have tried changing the load of clothes, and this didnt help.

It is even unbalanced with NO clothes in the machine.

I have checked the level, and the washing machine is leveled just fine.

So, why is it unbalanced, and how can i fix it?

Have you tried screwing the little feet underneath the washer until it shows with a level instrument, that it is balanced? If it's sloped, it may cause the machine to malfunction in the spin cylce.

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.healthboostpc.com

It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.

Try seeing if the floor is level. If not read the manual and see if the washing machines are supposed to move a little ( Some of them do). Something is most likely broken. Ask the manufacturer and see if your warranty covers it.

Remove the big wet towel that is on the outside (not inside) of the washing tub. Sometimes a sock can also do this -- it gets over the top of the tub and fixes itself to the outside of rotating tub. Some dis-assembly required.

The mechanism inside the washer that the tub is mounted to is connected to the outer shell of the machine by rubber "shock absorbers". It is possoble that one of these is broken or loose. Have a repair person check it out.

the inner tub is filled with cement, its possible that its out of balance, , get some help, tilt the mach forward
[from the back] about 4 inches off the floor, drop it, this will set the rear leg section, its like a scissors, some times they will stick , then try the spin cycle with the mach empty,
if it viberates that much empty then the tub is out of balance, factory s falt,
