without it being REAL obvious to the landlord? for example: put cat fecies in the floor vent [ you have no idea where the smell's coming from until you look reallyyy good]. && if you have not heard of it or witnessed it or done it your self to a trailor, do you have any good ideas? remember it can't be obvious like...burning it down or writing on walls.

YES WE HAVE THE WORLDS WORST LANDLORD!!!(she digs through everyone's garbage also) LOL

usually i dont feel this way and dont look to take this kind of extreme revenge, but ill give you just a SMALL sampling of what she is like... she charged her own dying brother $200 a month to live in her shed, watched him dying, told him to suffer(the nurse witnessed this twice), ran every nurse he had off but would not help him herself, made my poor mom run wayyyy more then she had to to take care of him and never gave her a moment of peace, and even tryed to tell the priest at his service when her brother died, that he should not have started the services until she got back from lunch.

Keep in mind that if she's really that bad of a landlord, she's not going to too thoroughly clean or fix your apartment before the next tenant moves in, and it'll be that poor sap who has to deal with the smell of cat feces in the floor vent. :(

Also, damaged apartments is one reason rents go up. If it continually costs more to turnover an apartment, that money has to come from somewhere.

Aaaaaand, I wouldn't do anything too obnoxious. Your landlord can not only withhold every cent of your security deposit, she can also bill you for excess damages. If you don't pay, you can be sent to collections and reported to national credit bureaus. You should really not purposely do something that's going to lower your credit score. People just do not think enough about this.

If you really want to get at the landlord tape them going through the trash and anything else you can find. Look up the tenet landlord laws and see if they are breaking any. Post some things about them BUT ONLY FACTS YOU CAN PROVE. if you damage there property they can sue you and then they have the last laugh. Get them a legal way and you get it.

I heard of someone pouring concrete in the toilet and the sinks, cutting the electric wires far back in the wall and ceiling, this person got arrested and sued for all the damage plus legal fees and aggravation.
