I have noticed that the drain in my back garden in over flowing whenever the washing machine or when the bath has been emptied, also when I flush the toilet water bubbles out of the drainer in the shower.

Does this sound like a big problem to fix?? how much would I expect to pay at the most to unblock the problem???

thanks for any advice

My air filter was inserted incorrectly and now dirt particles are stuck in the heat pump coils. I only have a 4" space to run a vacuum across the coils. Other than to remove the duct work, how would anyone clean these return coils? Seems very dirty and difficult to access.

I am having a home built and the company uses G.E . I have a G.E Profile double electric oven; it was delivered and the motherboard has to be replaced. The builders say that replacing the motherboard is okay and we will still have a warranty; I say give me a new oven. I go to closing on the 16 Nov 07.

Why did she do it? Because she is 14, I suppose! However, my wash baisin is now blocked. I have tried pouring boiling water down it and have also used Mr Muscle drain cleaner but nothing is working. The wax seems to provide a very efficient seal. Has anyone any ideas how I can clear the pipes of wax?

I've taken apart the U at the bottom of the drain, after running cleaning chemicals through it. It is absolutely clean. I did NOT clean beyond that point with a snake. Sink drains wonderfully if water doesn't come in too fast, but almost stops once drain hole is covered to any degree.

I just bought a house and yesterday the septic people came by for a routine inspection. (while i wasnt there) According to his report, the blower and pump doesnt have any electricity running to it. There is a outlet there that has both items plugged in, but it apparently has no power to it. I checked all breakers at the box and there are not any that are tripped. How can i check to see if the outlet has power running to it or if the outlet is just there for looks.

Being impatient as I am, I was defrosting my small fridge and using a screwdriver to chip off the ice on the small freezer section when I poked a hole in it. I've since soldered and repaired the hole, but now am wondering if it is possible to replace the freon that leaked out after being punctured. I turned it back on after doing the repair, but turned all the way up after about 2 hours there was very little difference in the temperature inside the box.

I know theres abunch o f other questions like this but I am locked out of my room. i've tried the credit card and that didnt work cause the space between the door frame and the door is too narrow and i couldnt fit the card in. There's a hole in the middle of the doorknob on the outside. I have acoathanger that I'm poking in it but it ain't doing anything. It's one of those lockes that you turn and then close the door from the outside, not a push in one. I don't know if I'm hitting the latch or whatever inside the hole. Is it straight down or is it on an angle? I've tried everything please help me!!

It is a very basic (European) Philips/Whirlpool model of stove and I don't see anything that can be adjusted. The flame on all the elements is high and orange at the tips, so I'd like to turn down the amount of gas coming through if it's possible. Any suggestions?
