It's really weird, we have hot water when we turn on the faucets, but when we go to take a shower, the water is only hot for a minute or so.... I don't get how that can be. If anyone has any ideas why that is and how I can fix it, they will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

It's upstairs. Seems to regurgitate a bit and despite regular decalcifying of toilet bowl seems to get grotty and smelly very quickly. Recently moved in and instructions not been left by previous owners.

We light the gas pilot light and it will not stay lit for very long.
The water heater is next to the furnace so we thought possible it was a draft from the furnace pulling air in so we placed a small peice of paneling between them but will allow free airflow to the furnace. WE have had no luck in solving this problem?
Is it dangerous to keep trying to lite it or keep the pilot lite on if it will not fire up? We don't smell gas or anything.

When I have the Heater on, it works well for a while but then it seems that when the desired temperature is reached, the unit starts blowing cold air only? It's as if something is not shutting off the fan even though the heating mechanism has shut off already. Any Ideas??
Thanks Much

I've read it could be demagnetised, we did keep little speakers underneath it - could they be the problem?
All the colours are messed up, there are greens, oranges, and purples......the sound is fine though and there are no lines, does anyone know what the problem could be?

What is some issues why the vents aren't blowing in enough heat in just his room, and yes the vents are open.
My son's room is the one that is on the front right side of house above the garage. Also this house is a tri-level so the furnace always seems to run.
We are in a rental and I already had the landlady have the furnace inspected, but I don't know if the guy was just saying it was fine to please the landlady.
Has anyone had this problem with one room being the coldest in your home? Thanks

I don't do the WARM program where you pay the same all year. Is it normal to have a gas bill as high as $150 in the winter and low as $30 in the summer when all you are using the gas for is the water heater? Why?

I repaired a long crack in my wall with plaster. The repair is now smoothe and I would like to apply some texture material to blend it in with the rest of the knockdown-type texture. Is there a way to apply the texture material without a gun and compressor to spray it on? I don't want to buy a compressor just for this one little job.

The cat is an outdoor cat that I am fostering until it gets socialized. It's very scared and won't come out. It came out once, so I don't think it's stuck. The space is so small, there is no way to push it out or get back there. I'm afraid it's going to die back there and still I won't be able to get it out without removing the hot water heater.
