Remove the shower head from the spigot. Now check the flow. If it is good, than your shower head is plugged up. Take it apart and clean it. There are lots of minerals in the water here and I have to clean all the shower heads and the aerators on the sinks about every 2 years.

Take the shower head off and pull out the water saver screen because they can get clogged

Probably low water pressure or maybe the shower head is clogged.

Take the shower head off (just unscrew it) and clean the little screen that is inside.

If it is limescale blocking it you can take the sprayer off and soak it in plain white vinegar or CLR (green bottle I think) and scrub it a bit with an old toothbrush--that may help...
or... did you remember to pay the water bill ????~!!! (wink!)
