I have an electric, battery rechargeable lawn mower that won't take a charge anymore. I checked with my local service store but it's more expensive to fix it than to just buy a new mower so I've decided to go with the new mower. Now I don't know what to do with this old one, specially given it's electric and you shouldn't throw away batteries... what to do?

We have had a Rainbow Playsystem (www.rainbowplay.com) for about 3 years now and the wood is very faded. We are thinking about staining it, but can't find information about what to use (or whether we are even supposed to stain it.) Anyone know what I should do?

falling from the balconies or so tubes. my first question is: was it simply the reason of bad tubes? it would sound wierd though, since it was ALL over the town, not just some houses, and second, this was during the middle of the summer, no rain, nothing, and i suppose do people water their balconies 24/7?? because the water was like dripping all the time.

i thought that was really odd, so what was that? is it common in athens to see this water dripping??

in my next question ill ask another question over something unexplainable that happened to me on that trip that had to do with 'water'.....

This is for a direct wired appliance that needs to be repaired. Don't know if it is on its own circuit or a branch.

I just moved in to an older(15yr) old apartment complex. There are only eleven units in the building. I have third floor, two bedroom, two bath w/washer & dryer. Whenever I use my blowdryer in either of the bathrooms(or bedrooms) the circuit breaker trips. My limited knowledge of electricity tells me too much power is being drawn on the current causing the wires to overheat and tripping the breaker. Is that correct? The manager sent an electrician over(I'm not sure what work he performed) but the problem still exists. Also, most all of the electrical outlets in the apartment are lose, I mean, when I pug an appliance in, the prongs almost fall out of the plug. Is that because the electrical outlets are just worn out? Help, my hair is still wet!!

I'm having a problem with the ice maker my freezer. It's always worked fine until now, but lately it won't freeze the ice. The ice turns to water once it's dropped. I've turned the temperature up in the freezer and it's still doing it. The ice just completely melts to water, and I have no clue what to do. Help please!
