The vents in my house do not appear to be pushing out that much air. The smaller rooms get cool with the doors shut. But overall it takes a long time to cool the house 1 degree (about 2.5 hours) My AC unit has been tested and is cooling properly, but I believe it isn't pushing out enough air to cool the house effectivly.

I have just moved into a new rented house, and the garden is a tip , so when I got home from work I dicided to clear it out a bit, whilst doing this I unknowingly picked up the top off a Wasps nest (it's lucky I had gardening cloves on) there are thousands of wasps in it. anyway my question is this. Do I have to pay for the exterminator to get rid of it, Or is it the responsibility of the Landlord?

Please no spam as this is really important I have two small children and I need to get this mess sorted as soon as possible so they can play in the garden.

Thanxs in advance

Any tips on getting water out of the bottom of an above ground pool? There is about 6 inches of water left in the bottom. The drain plugs on each side of the pool are too high for the water at this level to drain out. Last time we had to bail with buckets and use a mop to clean it out. Anybody come up with an easier way?

I have a rheem heating and air unit and it stopped working about a week ago. My dad has changed the relay switch and has tested voltage on almost everything else you can test and we still can not get the unit working. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be wrong.

I dont know how old it is, it was in place when we moved in 5 years ago, I cant seem to get any hot water out of it - ive just had a cold shower which is not nice, and one of the lights says 'overheating'.

It cant be overheating, ive not used it all day. It said this as soon as I turned it on.

Does it simply need replacing or should I get a man in to look at it?

Last night the lights went out in the bathroom, back bedroom, and hallway only but the rest of the house still had power. When my husband came home he flipped the switches on the breaker box and the power came back on in those rooms. He also detected a smell like fish coming from the breaker box. This morning the same thing happened. Thank God, I was already for work when the lights started to flicker in the bathroom really badly and then went out. Can anyone tell me what this could mean or what we could do to fix it?

Also the weather over the last 2 months has hardly been Siberia. Is this a normal monthly payment. Any ideas thanks
