Proprietry lime scale removers will work, but try malt vinegar first. The best thing to do then is dry the bath every time it is used so as not to repeat the problem. My favourite limescale remover is "hagesan blue" Not for marble and care with enamel, but our bath is OK with it. (must fix that slow dripping tap) It is phosphoric acid based and a bit stronger than vinegar so read the instructions first.

The suggestions given using lime scale remover products should work well.
I would advise against using toothpaste as it is a fine scouring or 'cutting' paste and will take the surface off your bath.

baking soda or citric acid... use as an abrasive cleaner- but you don't have to wait at all- dampen a scourer with a sponge back and dab on either of the two and rub gently. Voila- problem solved

I've heard of a thing called elbow-grease, you could try some of that once a week.

Have you ever tried using toothpaste? - I haven't either, but I know that toothpaste is a good cleaner if you have stained enamels.
