These are old aluminum windows with single pane glass held in and "caulked" using a gray colored vinyl/rubber type strip of material which is triangular shaped but has indented crevices so that the material snaps into place sealing the window pane. It is used instead of caulking. I don't know if it is a glazing strips. It is 5/16" by 3/8" by 1/2" and apparently could be cut into any length strips that you need. I have been unable to find it anywhere.

We are trying to remodel our guest bathroom and took out the tile from our shower. Now we were told it needs to be hot mopped. Is this something we can do ourselves? If not, what should I expect to pay to have this done?

The commodes will flush out waste, but don't completely flush the water. If we flush more than one commode within 30 minutes of each other one will likely over flow without flushing waste. The ground outside is NOT saturated. The septic tank was emptied about 3 months ago. The kitchen sink and dishwasher do NOT back up. The commodes gurgle when we shower. The shower water often stands and goes down very slow. Any ideas? Need to know anything else just ask.

It seems to trip when I run the shower in the morning. Once reset, it usually doesn't trip again until the next time I use the shower. The problem was intermittent but has become increasingly consistent. Could it have to do with water level in the well(in kind of a dry spell)? Could it be the breaker?

the issue:
my check engine light comes on, usually after i fill my car up with gas. it will usually go off in the next day or so (before i have a chance to get to a mechanic). it doesn't come on if i TIGHTLY close the gas cap.

the light also comes on after it rains. i've noticed this at least 2 times.

the dealership said that it probably isn't the o2 sensor, sometimes that just happens if you don't close the cap tightly enough on the cap after getting gas (this was during a telephone consult...autozone checked it and found nothing wrong).

i also have a catalytic converter that has been replaced several times and still smells bad on occasion.

the car is a 2002 acura rsx with approximately 65,000 miles on it.

is the o2 sensor bad? and if it were, is it bad to be driving around with a bad o2 sensor? i have no idea what the even do. measure the level of oxygen in my gas... but is that going to cause an issue?
