If these are GFCI plugs they don't always have a reset on each individual plug. Usually there is a central plug which has the reset button. There should be one in the Kitchen, and one in the bathroom.

After making sure the breaker is off. Open up the outlet (its easy) and see if any of the wires have broken off where they connect to the outlet. Its also possible that its the outlet. Might as well replace the old ones to GFCI while you are in there. Check the breaker and it will either be 15 or 20 amp and get outlets to match. Its pretty simple connect the new ones just like the old ones. red or white is + black is - and ground is probably a bare copper wire. At least thats how my house is.

A GFCI receptacle will protect any receptacle on the same circuit that is beyond it if wired correctly. Since all of your bath receptacles aren't working, my first guess is you have a GFCI in your garage that has tripped. The reason one in the kitchen is working is that it is on a different circuit than the others and is probably far enough from the sink that code doesn't require it to be GFCI protected.

First you need to contact an electrician ASAP as you may have a short, and this could cause a fire.
Second you need to be aware how the short occured in the first place. Do you hear little noises in the walls and ceiling at night? Do any of the lights flicker? If you answered yes to either question, you may need to contact an exterminator and inspect your home for........RATS. Sorry to say this, but unless these critters are taken care of, they will keep chewing on everything they can sink their teeth into.

Presuming the breakers are on, you probably have a loose or disconnected wire at one of the receptacles in that circuit. Very common, especially with aluminum wiring. It is a repair best left to a qualified electrician. Probably cost $100 for service call, diagnostics, and repair. maybe half hour total.

you have a ground fault interupter tripped. You have to check all your outlets to find out where it is. Sometimes its in a different room.
