try to update Ur question with sq foot type of material you want to use tear off or not any water leaks. pitch, if yes you need to replace the wood(plywood) in the eastern seaboard u be looking about 8 grand or have block party with lot of been and hot dogs and one person knowledgeable how its done and have at it

IT DEPENDS IF YOU NEED A TEAR OFF OR NOT. WITH A TEAR OFF AND DEPENDING ON THE MARKET IN YOUR AREA, I WOULD SAY AROUND $10,000 WITH TEAR OFF. I AM ASSUMING YOUR ROOF IS HIGH PITCH RIGHT? WE PAID $10,000 PLUS BECAUSE WE NEEDED TEAR OFF AND IT WAS A TINY BUGALOO BUT A REALLY HIGH PITCH ROOF.
