It's the cable that has a little tiny pin in the middle, and that screws on to the VCR and then the TV.

I realise that this is a "how long is a piece of string" question but suppliers answers are questionable, to say the least.

I rent an apartment. The air condioning does not blow cool air anymore. The filter is clean. I checked the switch, it works. The inside fan comes on, but the outside fan, in the unit itself does not. I checked the circuit, and when the switch is on inside, the circuit closes on the outside, but the fan still does not come on. I assume it needs replacing, but is there any way to find out EXACTLY what is the cause of the problem?

I recently had a duplicate key made for the entrance door of my house. My original house key and the duplicate key look exactly the same. The duplicate key fits perfectly into the lock, but it won't turn. Do you know the problem? Thanks!

Which cola is best? Coke? Pepsi? Faygo? How long? Do I scrub it with anything afterwards? Will this also work for flatware that might not be silverware... or that little cap on the sink that's starting to rust? I've also heard using aluminum foil like a scouring pad works. Does it? Is it bad for the metal? What about cast iron?

1. My furnance currently has two 1" pleated filters in it. Is this less effecient than getting a single 2" filter. Can I just put one 1" filter in and leave a gap?

2. My air condioner has a lot of condensation and dripping water on my outside unit, typically where you will see an air condioner with low freeon freeze up. Its not frozen, but is it something to be worried about, should it be insillated?

I'm talking about the mechanism that refills the tank after you flush, but then stops once the water reaches a certain level. It had been working fine, but now it will try and refill the tank non-stop. The buoy mechanism that should stop the water doesn't seem to be working.

They must have shut the apartment water off today, since I had one of those air bubbles in the pipes that makes the water fire out erratically in a sudden burst. I suspect this may have damaged the piece.

Is there any way I can fix that component without replacing it outright?

Hi, I have a 3 ton outside A/C unit. When the air comes on the unit outside is making a horrendous high squealed squeaking noise. Sounds like the fan, is there a way to add some oil to it?
