I have never owned a hot tub berfore now. We have one now everything works on it but it never seems to get hot enough. Any help would be great. We do have a cover and I think it is a Mark2 i'll have to look.

Checking breakers is all well and good. It's not often they have a dual breaker for a 3-5 kw heater (likely what you have). Keep that cover on the spa when not in use. You'd be surprised at the heat loss, even when you are using the spa for 30 minutes, it can drop several degrees. I'd be checking the actual temperature first. All spa heaters have what's called a high limit switch on them, to prevent people from broiling their guests. Your spa will NOT heat over 104 F. None of them will. You can't change that, nor should you. It's a safety issue. So, if your spa is 104..you have no issue.
Other than all that, a faulty thermostat comes to mind. May even be just the packing grease in the thermostat bulb well ( or lack of)

Check breakers,, You may have 2 -110 cuircuts on heater,1 may be tripped,

its happend to me some cases, fairly as quickly as I have been given out i fell on the floor and coudnt arise for 12 minutes. my head became into somewhat undesirable. in basic terms dont overdo it, turn the temp down.

the heater should have a nob to turn it up or you can turn up the hot water tank
