Your question is a little ambiguous and all the answers assume you mean leaking through the plastic beading into the house.
If thats the case then you have yor answer from other people.
f you mean your getting condensation in your window then the sealant suggests above won't work. You can dry out the unit by raising the ambiant temp (i.e turn your heating on! ), sometimes it doesn't come back. Getting a new sealed unit to pop into the fram is not expensive.

A new window. Failing that try some putty or silicone sealant from the DIY shop. Some of them these days work fantastically

silicon sealant applied to the whole of the outside of the windows would work
but for a permenant solution renew the rubber seals between the glass and the frame

if rain is leaking thru your double glazing then you should think about replacing it
otherwise, go to a DIY shop, and buy a tube of sealer (there are various types, read the labels)

I would use a clear silicone sealant. But get someone in to have a look, because it could do a lot more damage.

Clear silicone caulk. If you are inexperienced using caulk tape off area with masking tape then remove tape as soon as caulk is installed. Should never leak again. Good luck.

Michael H is right , if it is within the sealed unit, then the unit itself has failed. DIY attempts will not remedy the problem. Obtain a new sealed unit for the frame

Reseal your windows. You should be able to get sealant in any DIY shop, but it's probably advisable to get an expert to do it if you don't know what you're doing.
