Sorry, can't recommend anything positive about these warranties. Some of them are outright scams; but even those that are "legitimate" end up not offering much protection. Remember that the company providing the warranty is trying to make money, and one way they do that is by adding fine print that very often doesn't cover (or cover fully) the problems you end up having...

You should know a reputable A/C company I don't know if Service one is in your area but they have a good plan. If you are selling your home and need one ask your realtor. Or just go ahead and call acouple of realtors as a lot of folks have them when selling an older home. The realtor should know the better plans. get one that is serviced locally not one that you call an 800 number and then any yahoo could show up.

None of them, I fix houses for resources managers and so on. over the years I ve fairly gotten to dislike those scams. What they do easily cover is oftentimes carried out in a nil.5 assed way. as an party in the journey that your warm water tank fails they'll turn off water to domicile and replace tank yet they dont replace the shutoff valve or strains which more desirable than likley want replaced through the time your tank is going out . I prefer to be able to close the water to tank off if there's a emergency as compared to entire domicile. most of the so noted as installers are paid through the job so the point of high quality is on the bottom of the barrel. the record is going on and on so thats a sturdy question to ask previously you purchase. Do they do an entire job and watch maximum of them drool.
