I draw some picture at the back of a glass tile and want to find some way to paint it white and protect it, but I find using roller do not look good, using spray can will mess up the edge of the glass tile, is there any better way to do this. I have a lot to do therefore I need a better solution. the tile is 4x4" x 1/4" high.
Thanks.

We are thinking about moving the washer and dryer in our basement to a more logical spot. This would mean running our pex piping = not a big deal. My concern is more for the dryer - how long can the dryer vent hose be? Ours would likely need to be about 16 feet long to go up the ceiling and back out to the hole that's already there venting outside.

Have a ceiling with a crack in it that is off set about 1/4 of an inch or so. I know how to tape and bed it but what do I do about the off set? Should I float it out then retexture?

Help! My husband brought home the world's ugliest Christmas tree and I have no idea how to make this thing look good.

Actually, the top of the tree is ok, but the bottom is almost completely bare. The lower branches are very wide, and have little tufts of needles towards the outside of the tree, but nothing at all at the inner part of the tree.

I've strongly suggested cutting off the bottom branches and the bottom two feet of the trunk, but my husband doesn't want to "lose the height". Personally, I'd much rather have a short tree that looks relatively normal than this weird, freaky tree.

I'm not a Christmas Tree snob. I love the little Charlie Brown trees, but I just don't know what to do with this strange half-naked tree. Please help me figure out if there is a way to disguise the empty branches at the bottom of the tree.

I wish I could show you a picture, but my daughter has my camera for the weekend, so you'll have to use your imagination.

ok so i'm really into fashion and stuff. Well my mom is re doing the living room, new rug new furniture ect. My mom is not that into fashion so she wants to get stuff that doesn't match. I don't like to have friends over because our living room is SO ugly we have like 4 different color wood things in the room. The couch doesn't match the chairs, we have the ugliest china hutch in the world! I don't know how to convince her to get things that look good together and not something that looks terrible togther. I asked her to try and find a new china hutch and she was like " well i know it's ugly but i don't know if i'll find something that i like more" I really want the living room to look nice please help!

The baby is a girl. The room is light yellow with sage green French toile fabric and curtains. I am going to stencil a "birds on a pine branch" border in sage green. I'd like a cute French phrase to stencil on the wall above the crib. My other girl's room has a pink and green French toile theme and I have "les jolis petits bebe sont endormis" stencilled on the wall in there. I'd like something similar in the other room, perhaps something that has to do with birds and babies ??????? Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Try hanging a bathroom cabinet on plasterboard but with ceramic tiles in front. The special plasterboard wall-plugs aren't long enough due to the tile thickness. Will ordinary wall plugs do? Bearing in mind that the back of the plasterboard is hollow. Thank you in advance for any advice!
