Since one piece toilets are more expensive, purchase a name brand such as Kohler or American standard. This way you can get parts if needed in the future. I would advise staying away from the "high efficiency" toilets such as those with "power assisted" flushes. Just more parts to go bad. If someone wants a toilet that will flush 16 golf balls, I think they need a doctor, not a plumber.

Low Flow toilets are supposed to save on water but don't really flush well, look for a Standard.

Stick with a name brand and dont just buy the cheapest one you see because they wont flush worth a "crap".
