my pantry doors are the sliding, shudder - looking doors (don't know the correct name for them) they are on a track thing...
anyway, they keep falling off the track & I don't really feel like messing with them anymore... does anyone have any ideas or websites I can get ideas from on what to do with this space? I thought about putting up a curtain rod & hanging a panel but I'd like to see some ideas!!!

I'm a teenage girl with a very messy room. Mostly clutter, and on the floor is just all clothes. Can you help with steps to clean it up and organize it nicely? I don't know where to start! I also am really into photography, so i have tons of pictures with my friends and what not. Is there any way to neatly organize those too? I just want any suggestions at all. :)

I am in sales my entire life. I know how to sell and buy. However! I never can get furniture stores to move on price. I have seem to try every close I can think of but to no avail. With the most brands exclusive or very limited to one place per town it is hard to say so and so store is going to sell it to me for X amount of dollars cheaper. Anyway ne idea would be great. If it matters I am thinking of going to eathan allen as one stop but don't need to buy there.

My apartment wall was painted a deep royal blue I primed it white and painted over it in a yam color. The blue is still showing. It looks horrible.

I want to paint it a warm yellow gold now.

What color primer should I use?

Any other tips for changing wall colors would be greatly appriciated!

Is it possible to plaster over and then repaint external pebbledash which covers a house (this is currently painted yellow)? Can a professsional look be achieved or will it always look bodged. Would a normal plasterer be able to do this or do I need a particular specialist? Any idea on cost?

As an alternative can the pebbledash be removed? Is this sandblasting or something else? I have heard that sand blasting is very expensive and can result in damaged bricks so perhaps not the best idea.

Thanks.

Bought a carpet for an irreguler shaped room, with an underlay that was actually more expensive than the carpet.

They left the large ofcuts from the carpet (which came in one piece) but took the remaining underlay which came in smaller rolls and hence can be used at their next job.

Should I return to the carpet shop and complain?

Ok, so heres an image i just threw together to try and illustrate some rooms in my house.

Atm, all the walls are white and they are driving me mad!

The problem i'm having is that there is a distinct lack of colour and because the walls span into three rooms, each with different coloured furntiure and cupboards, all neutral-ish, i'm having difficulty deciding...

Help :(

We painted our dining room a golden yellow color but thats the only color so far! We need to paint our entry way: the door is light brown with light tan marble floors. Our living room: we have red couch with a flowery type design on it. Our kitchen: black and white tile floors darkish brown cabinets. and our restroom that look like a regular restroom! thanks!
