yes. go buy another can of paint. no matter what you do to make the paint liquify, it won't be the same. you will alter the formula. it might not stick to the wall, the color will probably be a little bit different. don't waste your energy. spend the money and make sure the lid is tight on the new can when you are finished painting. good luck!

If the paint is dried out only on the top you can pull off the dried out layer then mix remaining paint well.The paint will be ready to use again.

NO. Once paint is completly dried out it is worthless. The pigments in the paint have been destroyed.

if it has a skin on top remove the skin using a small wooden stick add a touch of paint thinner and stir it should be ok then.
