We mistakenly left dishes in the dishwasher for a few days... When I opened it, there were small black spots of mold on a few of the dishes. I sent it thru the cycle once with heat drying and most of the spots did not disappear. Can I just dump a few tablespoons of clorox in the dishwasher before it begins to get rid of the mold?

Thank you in advance, any advice would be appreciated.

I've been looking at a variety of brands at Curry's - Siemens (most expensive), LG, Bosch, Hotpoint. Does anyone have any points of view on them. I don't have any children so I'm not washing a lot. I need a dependable washer but I don't need to spend the most.

Anyone have any recommendations where i should buy it? I don't have a car so I require delivery.

I have a beautiful red throw blanket. I am not quite sure of the material - it is similar to a wool. It wasn't very expensive, but it is my favorite. Unfortunately, it sheds everywhere. On the sofa, on the carpet, on my clothing. Is there a way to remove any excess "fluff" to avoid any shedding? Or is this just the way the blanket is?

My washing machine is about a year old, and lately it is leaving black marks on our white clothes and once they are there, I can't get them to come out even with bleach. We sort our clothes and only wash whites with whites, what could be causing this and how do I get it fixed?

I have two articles of clothing that I found stains on. One is a blood stain and the other I am not quite sure what it is...It could be anything from filthy greasy dirt or maybe something from fireworks that my grandbaby decided needed to be wiped on my nice whit pants! kids! lol...

Anyways I need to know the best, cheapest stain removal that works on most any type of clothing and stain please!

Now... all jokes aside... I clean my toilet and within two days its dirty again... I'm not talking about, shall we say "usage" stains, I mean deposits from the water thats coming from the tank. I have tried hanging those bleach tablets in the tank, and while I now have a tank that is spotless, they haven't prevented the deposits from forming in the bowl. Its not a huge deal, but frustrating nonetheless... any ideas would be appreciated

as far as i remember or in other words this is my guess, i left them in the washing machine for a day or two. eventualy dryed them and ever since after each wash the same smell reappears and even "infects" my newly bought clothes while laying in the drawer. the smell is not the same as you get from rottening swetty t-shirt left in the plastic bag for a few days at all. fabric conditioner i use with every wash and that doesn't help. my appartments environment is clean and dry and wouldn't be the cause of it. someone advised me to pour some white vinegar together with washing powder/liquid. this didn't help either. can you? thank you in advance! i'm afraid this wouldn't help to pull girls if i'm not careful enaugh to hide the fragrance before going out :)

I've gotten an apartment where the former occupants smoked heavily and the 3' x 5' venetian blinds are very yellowed and have gritty 'bits' adhering to them...dusting is useless. Does anyone have any recommendations on techniques/products to use on them to clean them up some?
