I have to agree with Kelly. Put the couch near the street with a price tag on it and a phony phone number, it will be gone before the sun comes up. I done this with a disgusting, filthy, delapidated, rusty rabbit cage that the garbage trucks passed up.

Good idea Rich Z but I have always found that putting "FREE" on an item doesn't always work. If you want something to be taken away you need to put $50 o.n.o. on it. Sometimes when people see FREE on an item they think something is wring with it and won't touch it.

Call your garbage department and let them know, they will pick it up, mabe not today. Is there a boys club that can use it. or salvation army.
