I have a down comforter in bad need of cleaning. Is it safe to wash a down comforter or should it be dry cleaned. The label on the comforter is of little help. All it says is, "Covering: All Cotton. All new filling material consists of 95% crushed duck feathers, 5% down."

Oddly, there are no cleaning/laundering instructions on the label.

Help!

Bounce (dryer sheets) repels mosquitos. Tie a sheet fo Bounce through a belt loop outdoor during mosqutio season.
Bounce elminiates static electrcitiy from your tv screen. Bounce is designed to work on static cling, wipe your tv screen with it and it will help keep dust from resetting.
Bounce disolves soap scum from your shower doors.
Bounce freshens the air in your home. Place an individual sheet in a drawer on hang one in the closet.
Run a sewing needle through Bounce before you thread it and your thread won't keep 'tangleing' on you.
Bounce can eliminate static cling from panty hose. Rub a damp sheet over them.
Bounce prevents musty suitcases. Place a sheet of it inside luggage before storing.

Depending on what those nasty tags are on, you can use a hair dryer to warm them up and they'll peel right off. Or, use nail polish remover.
Just be careful you don't ruin the product on which they are.

I use the recommended amount of Cascade and most often even use the rinse and hold cycle. I have made sure that my rinse agent is full and still my dishes are coming out dirty, mostly the silverware.

Due to weather change, i have scalp condition (dandruff and hair fall) and now I am having bad time trying to keep floor clean. Hairs keep sticking to the brush and cloth when I try to clean them, they sticks to everything..how to clean my room floor of the hairs? especially bathroom floor after bath? It would be nice to know of a cheap way to keep them clean.
