What I used to clean the inside of my fridge was simple BAKING SODA.
The enzymes inside the soda will actually help dissolve the stains and with enough added water, will create a FRESH scent for a time afterwards.
Because of baking soda's natural tendency to absorb odors, you might consider re-rinsing inside your refridgerator after a few days. - The residual soda should rinse off easily.

Soap and water, added with a little elbow grease works great! If you have stubborn stuck on food, just squeeze a little warm water on it and let it soak in. Most stuff comes out pretty easily without chemicals.

The easy and convenient way is to use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Duo. The soft, blue foam helps you treat the delicate area. You may as well browse this site http://www.upkb.com/mrclean.php for product tips and details.

I would remove all the food first, then spray the entire fridge with bleach and water. 10% bleach and 70% water.

Use baking soda, that is the main ingredient in Soft Scrub. That and a little water and elbow grease.

I just use Dawn dish soap. It works great on the food on my dishes without making me sick so I figure it's gotta work on the fridge :).

I use Lysol. If you are very concerned about chemicals though you can use baking soda in hot water. Baking soda is safe.
