Help. I purchased a sisal rug from Pottery Barn a month ago. When I first unrolled it it was very wavy. I thought it would flatten out eventually. Didn't work. I reverse rolled it. No Luck. I even tried ironing the small one. How can I fix this problem?

So the pilot light in our hot water heater is always going out. Like once ever 6 months. Although, it went out last wed and then last night. Everytime it does go out DH is able to relight it no problems. So, i was wondering who do you call to come look at your hot water heater? Gas company or someone else

I moved into my flat in April. I only just put money in my economy 7 meter last month because of the winter approaching. The E7 meter currently has £11.62. The meter switches on at about 22:30 every night and is off by 6AM. During this time, the actual heaters dont heat up, even though switched on at the wall. I've tried everything to get them working but nothing seems to be doing the trick, and given the the only time i can experiment with it is late at night the window to try new things is small. I'm waiting to hear back from my landlord but i cant stand another night of this sheer winter coldness. I'm using double the amount of electric per day by using a plugin radiator. It seems such a waste when i have £11.62 ready on the E7 meter.

I've thought about switching off the electric on/off, to see if that does anything. The problem is i keep marine fish that need constantly heated water and the previous time i did this i lost electric for two days before it came back on again.

I have a peice of property with a small house on it. The driveway is paved and then continues on as a dirt road and further up the road there are 2 stone foundations, which were obviously houses at some point in time. How can I find the name of this road or old maps/pictures-just to prove it existed? The abutting property was recently inherited and the new owner is disputing our land line. If I can figure out the details of this road it would solve everything.

I want to add more color to my hallways, kitchen, living room, etc., but the problem is that i would like to avoid the color brown. The reason is cabinets in the kitchen, couches, dining tables are all brown or tan based, but I do have white tiles floors throughout the home that include brown 1/4 grout spacers. So, ideally i would like to use some green, purple, blue, pretty much any light color to make my house seem bigger.

I just got a sunbeam heated mattress pad. this is my first one. I know you post to put it on the mattress. Does mean it go over a sheet or do I need to put a sheet over it. I look on the wbesite but still not answering my question.
1. I put the heat mattress on first them put a bed sheet over it.
2. Or a sheet on the bed then the heat mattress over a sheet
3. Only the heat mattress only
Thanks this is my first one
