Most plants that flower need a lot of sunlight or they may fail to bloom and probably become quite spindly. Beside providing something for the morning glories to "grow up" you need to provide either a very sunny location or supplemental grow lights. Other plants that will bloom indoor are begonias (I've had one blooming in a north window since April...they are one of the few that can bloom w/o sun), mums, African violets, peace lilies(another low sunlight lover), miniature roses and geraniums to name just a few. Get a good gardening book from your local library and this should also help. Good luck!
