Dirty Toilet! Can you sit on it?

Question

I smell things real good and can smell urine on the toilet bowl or floor around it...also, I can't stand when my feet stick to the floor around the toilet.

I mean my personal bathroom...someone (no names) can't aim right or something.

Well the only thing you can do is keep something to clean up the floor near the toilet and clean it every day or get on the person doing the 'missing'. I personally can not STAND a dirty toilet area.

Unless you have open sores or cuts on your butt cheeks, you will not catch any diseases from sitting on a toilet seat.

Also, bathrooms do tend to smell like urine, since that's where people urinate. You don't need to put your nose to the floor or seat to figure this out. Just breathe through your mouth and move as quickly as possible, and I think you'll get out of there unharmed.

I have cleaned houses and offices for many years it sound like to me the toilet and floor around the toilet needs to disinfected. I would clean the seat before I sat on it.

If it's your personal bathroom and NOT a public toilet it seems to me it's time to sweep/mop the floors.. Remove/wash any bathroom rugs. Sweep/mop floor and mop it with really hot water with a bit of bleach added.....Good luck

you can unless the toilet seat is covered thickly in feces, which in your case it's not. im a heavy believer in bleach. you may want to just spray the whole area with a bleach/water solution daily until the smell goes away, and teach whoever it is to aim.

Clean it with bleach and tell the person to do a better job, or clean up after themselves. that is gross and I would not tolerate it for one moment..
