I have aired it out, opened all my windows, sprayed room spray and run all my fans, vents etc all evening, but it still smells like that horrid burnt popcorn smell...anyone have any idea how to remove the smoke smell short of repainting, recarpeting? LOL? Any ideas?

Im growing some feijoa trees and the seeds have only just started to grow. Iv noticed some holes in the dirt from where i think birds have been getting them. I have them planted in small trays with a large tray holding them so they can have constant water. Is there anything i can put over them to stop the birds? its very hot upi here so will that make a difference? also does anyone know if feijoas (or pinneaple quava) need sun light? iv looked on the net but it only says to keep them wet and if i put them in the sun the dirt dries out.

I work full time, and study through dis ed, and am a single mum, so I dont have time to do everything. One of the things thats been neglected, is my garden. I got a quote today from a home services company $70! The gardens only about 3x2metres. The cost seems excessive to me! Am now thinking about biting the bullet and trying to get it done myself. Any tips to make the job easier? As some of the weeds are rather hard to get out, I broke gardening tools on them during my last attempt.

I am thinking of purchasing a tempurpedic mattress. But before I fork out the dough I would like to get the opinion of current tempurpedic owners. Do you sleep better on it as compared to a regular mattress? Are they hard to keep clean? Are they truly a good value for the amount you pay for it?

everything is already purchased, the room is already made I just need the plumber to hook up the sink, shower and toilet to the water, there is already an existing washroom right beside this one. I know its dificult to say, but a ball park figure would be nice.
Thanks

If I have black frames up can I also put up silver frames in the same room? or should all the frames be one color? I don't want it to look tacky. What's more classier to you guys black or silver frames with black and white photos?

I bought new bulbs for my 2 kitchen lights thinking my bulbs were burned out but they're still not working right. I have a round fluorescent light fixture as well as a fixture that contains 6 very long lights. I turn the switch on & it turns on but very very faintly like it's not getting enough power or something. Is this something I can fix myself or should I call an electrician? I don't have too much experience with this stuff but do have a little bit of general knowledge. Any ideas anyone?
