just get one about the same size, first turn off the breaker and check to make sure you got the right breaker, the old fan is prob screwed into 2x4's in the cieleing, just undo those screws, unwire it, rewire the new one, screw it back into place.

T-man, I sold a bunch of these fart fans to all makes and models of guys at my appliance parts store. Most of them brought in the motor with the fan blade.. The motor was 22 bucks comes with a new fan blade. They call it an EM550

Most of the older fans had 3 inch exhaust ports, yours probably has a 4 inch,if your pretty handy you can do it yourself, but its not exactly an easy job. you,ll probably need to cut a bigger hole and go into the attic to run your new venting to your new roofcap .

It might be hard if the fan is nailed into the joists; you might have to tear away some of the drywall to get at it like I did. Be sure to turn off the breaker first.

Turn off the power, remove the old one, buy a new one, and reploace it. It'll take longe to find a new one than do the repair!!!
