These arn't gnats, they are fruit flies, and all you need to do is get a small glass or cup of apple cider viager and cver the top of the cup with plastic wrap, and then poke a few holes on the top and just leave sit out, they will be attracted to the small and fly inside and get trapped, trust me, you will have like a billion the first few days!

Gnats and fruit flies are pesky little critters. Get some strong cleansing agent that has bleach or ammonia in it and clean every surface with it. The strong aroma drives them away. I have no idea where they go but they scram! Also include the floors and all areas under shelves, counters, sinks etc. remove all trash from the entire house and don't have any food sitting out. Spray every inch of the house withLysol spray disinfectant and then spray with a household bug and insect killer. Lastly spray generously with a nice fragrant room deodorizer.

Okay, to start with, you need to get ALL of the garbage out of your house-asap! Then, you need to clean your kitchen and all 3 bathrooms thoroughly-with bleach water, or windex with vinegar. Wash out the trash bins too. With bleach and hot water.
Also, see about a local store having some pest spray for gnats. That should help too. If need be, check with an exterminator aobut how to get rid of them. Keep windows and doors without screens closed too, if possible.
Take care.

Gnatsare hatching from some type of rotten food. You need to go through your kitchen with a fine tooth comb, check corners, under the fridge, potato bin, onion keeper, etc. You will find something roting or rotting. Throw it our and the gnatt will disappear. Also check flour, and old packages of bake mixes. You'll find it-best of luck!!!
