The view from my back garden is over famland. Sounds great eh?.......No!.. my local farmer takes every opportunity he can to dissrupt the lives of people that live next to his land. What I mean by this is, he only sprays his crops on fine Sunday afternoons when people are having BBQ's or relaxing in their gardens.
He always takes the combined harvester out for a spin around the field on the August bank holiday Monday.
Do you live near or next to farm land and if so, does your farmer deliberatley try his best to annoy you and your neighbour's like the a$$hole who lives near me?
I'm only asking this question to see if this kind of thing is going on any where else in the country, or am I just paranoid?

We have pets and kids and a lot of wood floors. We currently have a cannister vacuum, but its a pain to store and tough to lug around. We are looking for a high quality, light upright with a small head to get into corners and tight spots. Any advice? Please help! Thanks,

My wedding is in 2 weeks and it is outside. I am decorating with mums. I also live in East Texas, so it is very hot outside. I bought my mums yesterday and they are just starting to flower. There are a lot of buds that are just starting to show their color. The lady at the nursery said that they would be perfect in two weeks and in full bloom. I do not know how often I need to water them...once a day, twice a day? And do I need to use miricle grow?

The floor we painted is wood. The first coat was applied two days ago and the surface is still sticky/tacky. We are going to apply the second coat today because the instructions on the paint container say that a second coat must be applired within 48 hours.

OK, we've aquired one of those wooden swingsets from a neighbour. We took it apart in as few pieces as possible and transported it to our house. We're trying to reassemble it and have determined that one of the old metal bolts (approximately 8 inches long) has broken off inside the wood.

Any idea on how to get it out?

I was not sure if this can be fixes by myself (like a washer replacement issue)The valve is leaking (dripping) when turned off. The pipe runs from outside, through the block and then it is threaded into the water line.
I live in a very small town in Pa.
