savage the parts from an old motorised valve, not sure if you can get the parts. Less trouble to fit a new valve?
cost around £30.
without a trade account you will pay full whack at a plumbers merchant. try www.toolstation.com or www.screwfix.com
same prices to the diy as trade.

The new honeywell valve is £85, you won't get anything for £30.

It is possible to replace only the motor/ball assembly, which would be cheaper, but as nobody can be bothered to do this you may find it difficult to find anybody who stock this part.

If you do, then it is only 4 screws to remove the motor/ball assembly, and you still have to drain the system which includes radiators.

if the silver cover has a raised bump/nipple on the top you can change the actuator (motor housing/power head).turn the power off to the system first, remove the actuator and rewire make a note of where the coloured wires are before you remove them, whilst the actuator is off move the valve from side to side gently on the valve body.

Renew the whole valve, you will not get those spare parts

to change on you have to drain the whole system down, best left to a plumber.
