I am currently growing pineapple sage in what I believe is zone 5a (Upstate New York), and it is now beginning to become cool. Can I transplant the plants indoors and replant them in the spring, and if I can do it where the plants will remain healthy, how do they grow under artificial UV lamps?

Any ideas for Zone 9 Plants that keep some kind of foilage year-round and would conceal the neighbor's junkyard from being the main attraction from my Livingroom window?

I'm pretty sure there must be a dead mouse or bat in my [interior] wall. Any ideas about how to get it out? Do I have to demolish that section of the wall?

I (and one of my cats) heard the scratching inside the wall one night, and I assumed my cat, who was fixated witht staring at that part of the wall, would catch it. The mouse must have never come out and now I can smell rotting flesh. Ewww.

Please help.

I just moved into an apartment and I didn't notice before that the walls and floors are REALLY old and ugly. I lived in the same apartment building before and it was in much much better condition. The lanlord isn't painting my apartment since they claim that it was painted 1.5 years ago but you can't tell since its old, banged up and not well kept at all.

I don't want to invest much since I don't own it and I won't be able to walk away with it once I move out. (The lanlord won't invest and fix up anything unless its something like plubming.)

Any ideas how to fix up or decorate the apartment with not spending a lot of money would be great.

Thanks in advance.

I heard someone say that they saw on the news where the ants are in people's houses because they are looking for water since it is so dry out. They are in my kitchen and my kid's bathroom.

I let a friend park their car (old classic- my butt!!) in my driveway while they were away for a month and the car leaked oil on my very light, almost white concrete driveway..The spots are big in my opinion, some over 1/2 foot across.. Are there any products I can buy or better yet any home remedies that work?.. Thanks for your help!!!
