How do you remove mold from pressure treated plywood and further prevent it from coming back? I washed the plywood with bleach and after a few days the mold was back, big fluffy white mold and some darker mold.

ok so my new single electric oven arrived yesterday... great....
i was told that if its a single electric oven it can be wired into a normal 13a plug socket. but this one has come with no plug ?
just a connector block on the back.
reading the instructions it says use a 2.5 mm wire into a 13a socket.
so my question is this.can i get some wire, put a plug on it and wire it into the mains my self .... into a normal socket ..i do not have a cooker cable and box. thats why i went for a sinlge oven

As you all on here told me to do, I looked under my flooring to see the insulation and it is that pink stuff with the aluminum foil looking side, around the crawl hole, which is inside my guest entry closet, the insulation is falling away from the floor for about 4 ft back from the opening. I took a flashlight and couldn't see any more hanging down but I couldn't see very far. IS THERE ANY WAY TO INSULATE ON TOP OF THE PLYWOOD FLOOR, extra carpeting, ????? anything, I am not trying to have a fancy home, I get no visitors, I am trying to survive disabled and low income and keep my heat in. So I take all answers even if they seem ridiculous because often I have to do the ridiculous thanks ahead of time. 56 yr. old dino again

I am a 56 year old single female on a limited budget so am trying to cut heating costs. I've been told to check my attic insulation so I did. It was blown in about 1981 to my single level 1100 sq. ft dwelling. When I look at it , it appears to look like stuffing. Could I DIY another type of insulation or pay someone a little to put more insulation in. NO I DON'T HAVE MORE MONEY so please don't say "Just do it right the first time" because if one doesn't have the money, they dont have the money. I am disabled as far as energy level. That is why I am broke, got no disability income !! former school teacher Thanks for any great advice 56 year old dino

I have a 3 or 4 year old double oven and we put the main oven on to pre-heat. Without warning the glass door just shattered and exploded onto the floor.

Any idea why?

I'm a bit worried in case the top one does the same.

My husband cleaned the door the day before, but he swears he only used diluted washing up liquid on it (but he did use oven cleaner on the insides).
